Effie Howell Moser, 88, of Guion died Saturday March 13, 1993 at the Calico Rock Medical Center. She was a homemaker and a member of the Pentecostal Church. She was preceded in death by her husbands, Marion Thomas Howell and James C. Moser; one grandson, J. Burnell Moser; one step-son, James A. Moser; one brother and four sisters. Survivors include two sons, Jimmy Moser of Calico Rock and Thomas Howell of Crocker, Missouri; one daughter, Patricia Pratt of Crocker; two step-sons, J. C. Moser of Wenatchee, Washington and Bobby Ray Moser of Atlanta, Georgia; six grandchildren, several great-grandchildren and three great-great-grandchildren. Funeral services were Tuesday, March 16, 1t 2 p.m. at the Guion Pentecostal Church with Reverend Ricky Engles and Reverend Lucas officiating. Burial will be at Campbell Cemetery under the direction of Batesville Funeral Service. Pallbearers were E. F. "Son" Lamb, Danny Moser, Danny Condrey and Doyne Langston.
