Miss Lynda K Forbes was born August 21, 1953, in Ashdown, Arkansas to Charles Jones and Mattie Riley.
Lynda was employed by Weyerhauser in Dierks, Arkansas as a Puller Grader for 9 1/2 years.
She united with Greater Mt. Zion Baptist Church at an early age, where she remained a member until her death. She also served as an usher for the church and the district.
She was married to Auther Williamson, who preceded her in death. He was also the mother of three sons and one step daughter-Gerald Williamson, Taurus Edwards, and Ricardo Muldrew, and Angela Young.
Lynda K passed away November 5, 1999 from Cancer.
She leaves to cherish her memories:
Mother: Ms. Mattie Riley, Father: Charles Jones, Stepmother: Helen Jones, Grandmother: Alvonia Forbes, Brothers: Nathaniel(Gabril)Forte, Louis(Mary)Calloway, Robert(Donna)Forbes, Timothy(Wanda)Forbes, Marquis Riley, Charles Jones, Charles Jones,Jr, Eric Jones, Tyrone Jones and Myrices Jones, Sisters: Wanda(Eddie)Trotter, Veronica Riley, Bonita Johnson, Evelyn Kelly, Shelicee Parmosky and Rochelle Achubo. Brother in laws: Steve Kelly, Tony Parmosky, and Ray Achubo. Sister in laws: Debbie Jones, Montishi Jones, and Marjain Jones, three grandsons: Quantra Edwards, Gerrell Williams and Ricorious Muldrew, three good friends: Velma Davis Smith, Minnie Hubbard, Sandra Whiterspoon and a host of nieces, nephews, and friends.
Services were held Saturday November 13, 1999, 10:00 a.m. at Greater Mt Zion Baptist Church in Ashdown, AR.
Rest In Peace! You are truly missed!
