The Dilbeck ancestors originated in Brabant, Belgium. Baron von Dilbeck de Halsbeke was granted the family crest in 1661.
Noah was born in North Carolina. He moved to Alabama where he married Sarah Morgan. They came to Arkansas in 1867, establishing their home in Trimble Flats. Noah and Sarah were the parents of eight children.
