Rosa J. Hopper, a lifetime resident of Baxter County, died Sunday at Mt. Home. She was 83.
Mrs. Hopper, the widow of Vin C. Hopper, was born Oct 14, 1896, the daughter of Millie Betts Jordan and Robert Jordan. She was a member of the Church of Christ.
Funeral services were Wednesday at the Roller Funeral Home Chapel with Brother Wayne Camp officiating. Burial was in Fairview Cemetery under the direction of Roller Funeral Home. Pallbearers were Bobby Lance, Ralph Eubanks, Leonard Black, Lewis Knight, Steve Gerstenberger and Jim Traw.
Survivors include one daughter, Mrs. Jessie Erby of Bartonville, IL; two grandchildren and four great grandchildren.
