Bear Creek Cemetery is located 3 miles West of Evening Shade, Arkansas, at the site of the Bear Creek Methodist Church.
It is a well-kept, country cemetery
The Bear Creek Methodist Church is visible down the hill from the cemetery.
It still has an active congregation. The one-room school house was located at this site in the late 19th and early 20th centuries.
