DECATUR — Betty Carol Wilmoth, 77, of Decatur died Aug. 21, 2004, at Siloam Springs Memorial Hospital. She was born April 2, 1927, in Gravette to Walter and Rosie Arnold Hopkins. A lifetime resident of the area, the homemaker was a member of First Baptist Church of Decatur. She married Bill Wilmoth on Sept. 28, 1947.
Survivors include her husband of the home, two sons, David Wilmoth and wife Ruth of Siloam Springs, Randy Wilmoth of Rogers; two daughters, Brenda Vaughn of Gentry, Karen Napier of Fort Smith; one brother, Bill Hopkins of Decatur; eight grandchildren; nine great-grandchildren; one great-great-grandchild.
Services will be at 2 p.m. Monday at Wasson Funeral Home in Siloam Springs with John Terry officiating. Burial will follow at Decatur Cemetery.
Visitation will be from 3 p.m. to 5 p.m. today at the funeral home.
