MATHIS, William Harrison - Harry Mathis, who for many years lived two miles west of Decatur, was buried in the Decatur cemetery Monday. Mr. Mathis died the last of the week after a brief illness with typhoid followed by pneumonia. He was about 44 years of age. Besides his wife he is survived by 14 children, two of which are married.

William Harrison Mathis died at his home near little Flint creek about five miles southwest of Gentry Thursday night at 9:00 p.m. Funeral services and burial were at Decatur Sunday morning at 11 o'clock, conducted by Revs. Sturdy and Scoggins.
