Mrs. Arzula Blanche Setser, 90-year-old resident of Decatur, Ark. died at 10:20 a.m., Tuesday, June 7, in the Siloam Springs Memorial Hospital.
Born January 14, 1887 in Madison County, Ind., the daughter of Marian and Vince Lou (Jobe) Howerton, she was an area resident for over 20 years. Mrs. Setser was a member of the First Baptist Church, Decatur, Ark., and was the wife of the late W.D. Setser who died in 1967.
Survivors include: two sons, Ralph Setser of Gentry, Ark. and Virgil Setser of Hamilin, Ky.; 21 grandchildren; 36 great-grandchildren; one great-great-grandchild; and one sister, Mrs. Maude Johnson of Alexander, Ind.
Funeral services were held at 2 p.m., Thursday, June 9, in the First Baptist Church, Decatur, Ark., with the Rev. Ernest Whitten officiating.
Burial was in the Decatur Cemetery with arrangements under the direction of the Wasson Funeral Home.
