A one-car accident on Highway 126 about one-half mile south of Highway 62 West claimed the life of Preston Little, 24, of Midway.
Arkansas State Police Trooper, Mark Hollingsworth, who investigated the accident, said the accident occurred at about 5:30AM Saturday. The trooper cited foggy conditions and poor visability as the probable causes of the accident.
According to the report, Little had been northbound on Highway 126 at County Road 6 when he failed to negotiate a curve, left the roadway, and struck a telephone pole.
The victim was not wearing a seatbelt at the time of the crash.

Preston Wayne Little, 24, of Midway, died Saturday (September 17, 1988).
Mr. Little was born in Chicago, January 4, 1964. He lived in California until moving to Midway in 1979. He was an employee of Champion Boat Co.
He is survived by his parents, James Paul Little of Chicago, IL and Bonnie Fry Little of Calico Rock.
Mr. Little served with the US Army from 1982 until 1985. He was a member of the Methodist Church.
Visitation will be Tuesday, from 5PM to 8PM at Kirby Funeral Home.
Funeral services will be Wednesday at 10AM at the Galatia Historic Church. The Rev. Hugh J. Crandall will officiate.
Pallbearers will be Kenny Darnell, Mario Walters, John Mayfield, Ivan Murphy, Chris Rose and Joe Bass. Honorary pallbearers will be Edward Fry and Sonny Mayfield.
Burial will be at Galatia Cemetery.
Arrangements are by Kirby and Family Funeral Directors.
