(from the Fayetteville Review) Mr. Frank Barr, Sr. of School street was stricken with paralysis at his home Tuesday and lived but a short time, passing away at 8:35 p.m. The funeral occurs today (Thursday) from the home, Rev. P. C. Fletcher, the officiating clergyman. Mr. Barr was 77 years old, and with his good wife, who survives him, had been a resident here for many years,
