Carl Finley, 58, of Mountain Home

Carl B Finley, Jr, 58, of Mt Home, a biological technician of the National Fish Hatchery of Norfork, died Monday at his residence.
Mr. Finley was born Sep 22, 1923, at Melbourne. A former resident of Melbourne, he had lived here since 1941. He married Mabel Parnell, Mar 21, 1944, at Mt. Home. He was a member of the Church of Christ at Norfork and an Adams Lodge F&AM 164 of Norfork. Mr. Finley was preceded in death by his parents C.B. and Maggie Conyers Finley and one brother, Malcolm Finley.
Survivors, in addition to his wife of the home, include one son, Joe Bill Finley of Beebe; two daughters, Linda Qualls and Donna Horn both of Mt. Home; one brother, John W. Finley of Little Rock; three sisters, Maxine Raymond of Cotter, Faye Westmoreland of Little Rock, and Theo Harris of Melbourne; nine grandchildren; and several nieces and nephews.
Pallbearers were Donald Harvey, E.J. Weatherford, Jack Hughes, Virgil Wilbur, Dwight Inskeep and Clyde Southard. Honorary pallbeareres were Clay Sloan, F.L. Harvey, Dwayne Reeves, Bud Schwartz and Dr. William K. Lindsey.
