Funeral services for Oliver Russell Dickerson, 61, who died June 1, in Kansas City, KS, were held in Galatia with the Rev Joel Cooper, pastor of the Mt. Home Methodist Church officiating. Burial was in the Galatia Cemetery with the Roller Funeral Home in charge of arrangements.
Survivors included his wife, three sons, Acie, George and Pleas Dickerson; a daughter , Mrs Mary Jenkins of Kansas City, KS; three step-children, Avis White of Norfork, Sailda White and Austin Lackey of TX; four sisters ? Chark, Hedda Parnell, Lucy Parnell and Cora Lackey all of Norfork.
