Anderson Richard Tilley, 52, died Friday at Baxter Genersal Hospital. He was an automobile machanic and a resident of Oakland for the past four years. He was formally of Oregon.
Born Aug 6, 1929, at Mt. Home, he was the son of Dovie Unger Tilley and the late Clarence Tilley. He also was preceded in death by his step father. He and the former Virginia Blankenship were married May 18, 1950, in Clayton, NM. She lives in Oakland.
Other survivors include two sons, Richard Tilley of Midway and Alan Tilley of Schaumburg, IL and three daughters, Delilah Tilley, Linda Pilpott and Debbie Tilley of Springfield, MO.
Services were Monday at Roller Funeral Home Chapel with the Rev. Harold Barnett officiating. Interment was in Galatia Cemetery.
Pallbearers included James Tilley, Bob Minge, Charles Cromwell, Darrel Marler, David Jones and Drew Cantrell.
Honorary pallbearers were Junior Unger, Nathan Tilley, Frank Tilley and L.J. Unger.
