Married Raymond E. Rosson, November 17, 1941, Mountain Home, Baxter County, Arkansas.
Obituary shows her full name as Velma Imogene Rosson; however, the gravestone is inscribed Velma M. Rosson.

Funeral services are scheduled for 2PM tomorrow (Friday) at the Galatia Methodist Church near Norfork for Mrs. Velma Imogene (sic) Rosson, 49, of Route 3, Mt. Home. Interment will be in the Galatia Cemetery with the McClure-Smith Service in charge of arrangements.
Mrs. Rosson, a lifetime resident of Baxter County, died Moneay at the Baxter General Hospital. She was a member of the Assembly of God Church. The daughter of Joe Ceaphus Wallis and Phoeba Passmore Wallis, she was born at Big Flat on July 4, 1922, and was married to Raymond E. Rosson in 1941.
Survivors include her husband, of Mt. Home; five sons, Elmer, Leon Howard and David, all of Mt. home and Steve of Springdale; three daughters, Darlene, Sharon and Barbara, all of the home; three brothers, Buck Wallis of Mt. Home, Tom Wallis of St. Louis, MO, and Felix Wallis of Mt. View; five sisters, Mrs. Jewel Waldron and Mrs. Jane Martin of Mt. Home, Mrs. Dovie Standefer of LaPorte, IN, Mrs. Opal Woehl of Flippin and Mrs. Kate McClung of Mt. View; and six grandchildren.
