Edra E. Edmisten, 65, of Huntsville, Arkansas, died August 20, 2008 at the Circle of Life Hospice in Springdale, Arkansas. She was born January 24, 1943 at Mountain Home, Arkansas, the daughter of Henry Carl and Lois Hammons McGowan. She had retired from the Food Service Department of the Huntsville Public Schools and was a member of the First Baptist Church in Huntsville. She was former member of the Huntsville Friendship Club.
Survivors include: her husband, Richard L. Edmisten of the home; one son and daughter-in-law, Tom and Shannon Edmisten of Huntsville, Arkansas; one daughter and son-in-law, Stephanie and Chad Kammerzell of Huntsville, Arkansas; two sisters and brothers-in-law, Jackie and Robert Hale of Cane Hill, Arkansas and Brenda and David McClain of Tahlequah, Oklahoma; one grandson, Cameron Edmisten of Huntsville, Arkansas; and three granddaughters, Tiffany Sharp, Britney Kammerzell and Whitney Kammerzell, all of Huntsville, Arkansas.
Funeral services will be held at 2:00 P. M. Friday, August 22, 2008 in the chapel of Brashears Funeral Home with The Reverend Doctor Bill Banks officiating. Interment will be in the Huntsville Cemetery under the direction of Brashears Funeral Home
