MUNDELL, Lucy N. HOLLAND - W.A. Mundell received a telegram Tuesday morning telling of the death of Mrs. Lucy N. Mundell, his first wife, in the State Hospital at Little Rock, where she had been an incurable patient for more than fourteen years. Mr. Mundell directed a Little Rock undertaker to take charge of the body and send it to Rogers. Interment will be made today at the Barron cemetery, ten miles west of Rogers, beside the graves of her parents, Mr. and Mrs. Nate Holland, and not far from the spot where she was born and raised. The deceased was 47 years old and was married to W.A. Mundell in 1882, coming to Rogers a year later. She is well remembered by our older citizens and her long illness has been a source of great sorrow to both friends and relatives. She leaves two children, Chas. Mundell of Spokane, Wash. and Mrs. Essie Berry of Milburn, Okla.; also a brother and sister, W.H. Holland and Mrs. Jas. Berry of near Osage Mills, this county.
