A funeral for Jerry 'J.T.' Landreth, 66, of Cotter will be 2PM today at Galatia Chruch with burial following at Galatia Cemetery. The Rev. Tim Clark will officiate and Obia Clark will give the eulogy. Mr. Landreth died Friday, April 30, 2004.
He was born May 12, 1937, a Heber Springs to James R. and Annie Waddel Landreth. He married Diane Glover Feb 26, 1960, in Los Angeles. Mr. Landreth was a Latter-day Saint. He worked in law
enforcement in Cannon City, CO, moved to Mt. Home area in 1990 and eventually retired from North Central Arkansas Department of Correction at Calico Rock.
Mr. Landreth is survived by his wife, Diane Landreth of Cotter; one daughter, Lorena Riddle and husband Dale of Cotter; two sons, Jerry T. Landreth and wife Elisabeth, and Justin T. Landreth and wife Michelle, and seven grandchildren all of Mt. Home; and one sister-in-law, Billy Ruth Landreth and five nieces and nephews, all of Heber Springs.
