Funeral services for Mrs. Mary Clark Lackey, 73, who died in Kansas City, April 12, were held at Galatia Monday by the Rev. Wilcox.
Born in Wayne County, IL, Dec 23, 1871, she came to Baxter County as a child. She married Lee M. Lackey in 1891 and he preceded her in death in 1916. She was a member of the Methodist church.
She is survived by two sons, W.W. Lackey and Tom H. Lackey, both of Kansas City, Three sisters, Mrs. Myrtle Johnson and Mrs. Clemen Davenport of Kansas City and Stella Adams of Norfork and one brother G.A. Clark of Fresno, CA.
