Roller Funeral Home Obituary
A funeral service for Mrs. Hazel Torrance, age 87, of Norfork will be held 2:00, Wednesday, November 9, at the First Baptist Church in Norfork. Visitaiton for Mrs. Torrance will be Tuesday, 5-8PM at the Roller Funeral Home. Mrs. Torrance passed away Monday, November 7, at the Hiram Shaddox Geriatric Center in Mt. Home.
Hazel Torrance was born May 24, 1918, in Norfork to Thomas Frank and Polly (Coyle) Beard. She married Rudolph Torrance Janurary 19, 1935, in Norfork. Mrs. Torrance worked for the Baxter Laboratory in Mt. Home and was a member of the First Baptist Church in Norfork.
Mrs. Hazel Torrance is survived by two daughters, Betty Wolf (Gary) of Lenexa, KS and Gwen Partee (Winfred) of Mt. Home, AR; grandchildren, Shannan Osborn (Andy), Megan Burge (Jim), Rudy Partee (Jenny) and Mike Partee (Tracey); great grandchildren, Josh, Kendra, Brittany, Churstopher, Emily and Asheley; brothers, Kenneth Beard (Rose Marie) of Shawnee, KS and Tom Beard (Loren) of Stockton, MO; sister, Ruby Hall (Loren) of Stockton, MO; sister-in-law, Irene Beard of KS and several nieces and nephews. Mrs. Torrance was preceded in death by her parents, husband, grandson, David Partee, one brother and two sisters.
Memorial may be made to the American Cancer Society.
Arrangements are by the Roller Funeral Home.
