Stacy Bell Railsback, 44, wife of John 'Jack' Railsback, died Friday, April 3, 1942, at her home near Norfork. Mrs. Railsback was born November 9, 1897, at Hopewell to Fred and Laura Lackey Clark.
Surviving besides her husband are two sons, Myrl Snellgroves and Harold Clark; five daughters, including five-month-old Joan Railsback, Edith Clark, Minnie Hammonds, June Railsback and Lois Gay Railsback; her mother and step father Laura and Bill Styner of Hopewell; two brothers, Ted Clark of Hopewell and Alfred Clark of Hopewell, and six sisters, Dessie Chastain of Oklahoma, Lois Totten of Okahoma, Ida Grigsby of Guion, Odess Cunningham of Norfork, Lovera Johnson of Parkdale, Missouri and Addie Wallis of Mt. Home.
She was preceded in death by her father; three sons, Artie Clark, Thomas Railsback and and infant twin of June Railsback; and two infant daughters.
Funeral servixes were conducted at the Galatia Chruch near Old Joe with interment in the Galatia Cemetery.
