Funeral services of Lynda Carol Berezcky will be at 11AM today at Galatia Church in Norfork with the Rev Donnie Speaks officiating. Mrs. Berezcky died Thursday, March 14, 2002, in Norfork. She was 52 years of age.
Mrs. Berezcky was born Feb 12, 1950, at Baltimore, MD, to Clifton Rainey and Marie A. French Lawrence. She married Joseph Berezcky on Jan 2, 1990, in Arkansas. She has been a resident of Norfork since moving from Baltimore in 1990, and she was a homemaker. She was a member of St. Peter the Fisherman Catholic Church, an Executive Chef, bear collector and loved playing bingo, traveling and just being with friends and relatives. She was a member of the Women of the Moose, VFW Auxiliary and was devoted to prayer and healing for others.
Mrs. Berezcky is survived by one daughter, Kathryn Elizabeth Clayton of Bethany, Delaware; one son, Dennis G. Clayton, Jr. of Bethany; mother, Marie Simpson of Baltimore; two sisters, Dinana Lawrence of Bethany and Marie Sligh of Baltimore; one brother, James Simpson, Jr. of Pineville; two grandchildren; one step grandson; and many nieces and nepehws and other family.
Mrs. Berezcky was preceded in death by her father and one brother.
Burial will be in Galatia Cemetery.
Arrangements are by Kirby-Boaz funeral Directors of Mt. Home.
