The funeral for Mildred Evelyn Rotell will be held at 2PM today (Thursday) at the Galatia Chruch with Brother Carl Mize officiating. Interment will take place at Galatia Cemetery. Visitaion was held Wednesday at Roller Funeral Home until 9PM.
Pallbearers will include James Loosery, Lloyd Loosey, L.J. Rosson, Elmer Rosson, Rickey Gray and Jerry Gray.
Mrs Rotell, 54, a lifetime resident of this area, died Monday at Baxter General Hospital. She resided in Mt. Home and was a member of the Petecostal Church.
Born June 1, 1927 at Izard County, she was the daughter of Bertah Loosey Gray of Mt. Home and the late Joe Gray. She was preceded in death by her husband Roy Rotell in 1959. Survivors include her mother; one son, Olif Roy Rotell; two daughers, Carolyn Britt of Mt. Home and Gilda Tanner; two brothers, Paul Eugene Gray and Robert Gray, both of DeSoto, KS; two half brothers, J.D. Gray of Mt. Home and Euell Loosey of Norfork; and five sisters, Lorine Griggs of Norfork, Della Sanders of Pineville, Eva Lovett of Texas, Elwanda Loosey of Calico Rock and Maxine Woods of Mt. Home.
