Elizabeth 'Eliza' Simes Parnell, 68, died Friday, March 12, 1926, at her home near Norfork, Arkansas. She was the widow of Seth Edward 'Ed' Parnell.
She was born in Illinois in November 1857, and had been a resident of northern Arkansas for over 50 years.
Survivors include three sons, Henry Parnell, Abe Parnell and Elmer Parnell; and one daughter, Annie Stone. She was preceded in death by her husband and several sons.
Funeral services were conducted at the Galatia Church near Norfork with burial in the Galatia Cemetery.
