Died July 27, 2004, Batesville, Independence County, Arkansas.
Daughter of Jimmy Lane Wicoff, Sr. & Elsie Norma Dale Dickerson Wicoff.
Married Merle Clark in 1967 at Norfork, Baxter County, Arkansas, and remarried Mr. clark in 1991 at Calico Rock, Izard County, Arkansas.

Her cremains and the cremains of her twin brother, Phyllip Dale Wicoff, were placed between the graves of their parents on December 7, 2004. There is not a gravestone for either of the twins, but their names are included along with the names of their other siblings on the back of the double gravestone marking their parents' graves.

Phyllis Gale Clark, daughter of Jimmy Lane Wicoff, Sr. and Elsie Norma Dale Dickerson Wicoff was born November 30, 1952, in Halcomb, Missouri. She died July 27, 2004, at White River Medical Center in Batesville. She was 51 years old.
She was married to Merle Clark in 1967 at Norfork and remarried Mr. Cark in 1991 at Calico Rock. Mrs. Clark was a member of the Glade Rock Chapel in Calico Rock and loved flowers. "Instead of flowers at my service," she would say, "plant flowers."
Mrs. Clark is survived by her husband, Merle Clark; two sons, James L. Reed, and Robert O. Reed; one daughter and son-in-law, Rachel and Ronnie Vickers of Florida; six granchildren; two brothers, Jimmy Wicoff and John Wicoff of Melbourne; and one sister and brother-in-law, Wava and Donnie Sisk of Norfork. She was preceded in death by her parents; a twin brother, Phillip Wicoff; an infant son, James Clark; and a step daughter, Marsha Clark.
Memorials may be made to Glade Rock Chapel in her memory or to the family. Arrangements are by Twin Lakes Cremation Society and Funeral Home.
