Died October 14, 1995, Young County, Texas.
Son of Jimmy Lane Wicoff, Sr. & Elsie Norma Dale Dickerson Wicoff.
Husband of Valarie Wicoff.
Phyllip Dale Wicoff was killed in a two-vehicle traffic accident on Median Chapel Road, Young County, Texas.
His cremains and the cremains of his twin sister, Phyllis Gale Wicoff Clark, were placed between the graves of their parents on December 7, 2004. There is not a gravestone for either of the twins, but their names are included along with the names of their other siblings on the back of the double gravestone marking their parents' graves.
