TUCK, Jared - (from Avoca) Jared Tuck was buried here Sunday. Mr. Tuck was raised near Tuck's Chapel and was a son of the late Thomas Tuck. He lived at Peirce City, where he died. He was taken sick Friday of last week and died Saturday. Most of his children were present at the funeral. His wife was a daughter of Jasper Dunnigan who died some years ago. Mrs. Tuck died in 1913 if we mistake not and was buried at Tuck's Chapel. Mr. Tuck was respected by everybody that knew him. We did not learn his age but it ranged around 70 years. Funeral services were conducted by Rev. Seamster.
