Son of Archie Lee and Tammy Michele (Huskey) Freeman.
Jace Paul Freeman, 11, of Smithville, died July 19, 2009, at Arkansas Children's Hospital in Little Rock.
Born July 23, 1997, in Newport, he was a seventh-grade student in the Hillcrest School District.
He was preceded in death by his grandmother, Amelia Freeman; and his great-grandparents, Y.L. and Verna Clem, and Thelma and Arthur Smith.
Survivors include his parents, Archie Lee Freeman and Tammy Michele Huskey Freeman, Batesville; three brothers, Dyllon Freeman, Smithville, and David Thompson and Johnathan Wolford, both of Batesville; his grandparents, Silas Freeman, Cave City, Paul David Huskey, Saffell, and Debbie and Ed Brown, Melbourne; his great-grandparents, Ruby Tippett, Smithville, and Paul and Dorothy Huskey, Saffell; five uncles, Robert Freeman, Bradford, J.R. Freeman, Concord, Ronnie Tippett and Scott Huskey, both of Smithville, and Bill Huskey, Batesville; and two aunts, Lucinda Huskey, Missouri, and Cenda Burns, Bradford.
Funeral is Saturday at 10 a.m. at Roller-Crouch-McGee Funeral Home in Cave City with Robert Randolph, Stanley Vandergrift and John Blankenship officiating. Burial will be in Ward Cemetery at Strawberry.
Pallbearers will be Jeffery McFall, Robert Freeman, Roger Bunn, James Clark, Sheree Rogers and Elizabeth Hopkins.
