Karl Wayne Woodell was a twin to Kevin Woodell.
Survivors included a twin Kevin Woodell.

Graveside services for Karl Wayne Woodell, infant son of Mark and Debbie Ross Woodell of Mt. Home, will be at 2PM today at Galatia Cemetery at Norfork with Brother Don Pfalser officiating. The child died Sunday (Nov 5, 1989) at his home. He was 3 months old.
In addition to his parents, the child is survived by one sister, Jessica Woodell of Mt. Home; twin brother, Kevin Woodell of Mt. Home; maternal grandparents, Mr. and Mrs. Wayne Ross of Mt. Home; paternal grandmother, Pat Kairsatt of Stathem, GA; maternal great grandmother, Lucy Ross of Oaksgrove, OK; paternal great grandparents, Mr. and Mrs. Jack Woodell of Harrison; and paternal great grandmother Elizabet Hale.
Karl Wayne was born July 22, 1989, at Mt. Home.
Memorials may be made to Arkansas Children's Hospital.
Arrangements are by Krby Funeral Home.
