Richard Dewight Riggs was born December 10, 1947, in Brinkley, Arkansas, and died October 30, 1993, at his home at the age of 45. He was a carpenter.
Mr. Riggs is survived by one daughter, Mandy Riggs of Star City, Arkansas; one step daughter, Tina McWhorten of Star City, Arkansas; one step son, Tommy Morris of Hot Springs, Arkansas; one brother, Bobby Riggs of Brinkley, Arkansas; one granddaughter and one step grandson. He was preceded in death by his parents.
Sevices were held November 1, 1993, at Howard Chapel with Reverend Charles Faith officiating. Pallbearers were Lonnie Young, Tim Collins, Barney Lambert, Doug King, Bruce Barber and Jerry Bolers.
Burial was at Galatia Cemetery at Old Joe.
