William Ralph Cottrell, 61, of Springdale, died Sunday, Feb. 28, in Tulsa, Okla. He was born Dec. 7, 1931, at Terre Haute, Ind., to Herschel and Maxine VanLear Cottrell. He operated the Cottrell Corporation and attended the Assembly of God Church.
Survivors are his wife, Myrldehne Cottrell of the home; a son, Phillip Cottrell of Springdale; a daughter, Kathy Cottrell of Indianapolis, Ind.; his parents of Terre Haute; a brother, Norman Ed Cottrell of Terre Haute; a sister, Betty Erdle of Terre Haute; and two grandchildren.
Funeral is set for 2 p.m. Saturday at Memorial Funeral Chapel with the Rev. Sol Anderson officiating. Burial will be at Bluff Cemetery under direction of Memorial Funeral Home, Springdale. Visitation will be 9 a.m.-8 p.m. Friday at the funeral home.
