Martha Jane 'Janie' Allen ,75, of Tulsa, Oklahoma, died Friday, January 17, 2003, at Hillcrest Specialty Hospital in Tulsa.
She was born December 25, 1927, at Okemah, Oklahoma, to Roy Golden Hurst and Inez Helen Dietz Hurst. She was a homemaker.
She is survived by two sons and their wives, David and Laurie Allen, Tulsa, and Scott and Christy Allen, Santa Rosa Beach, Florida; three granchildren; and two great grandchildren.
Visitation was held on Sunday from 9:00Am until 9:00PM at Mark Griffith Memorial Funeral Home in Tulsa. A graveside funeral service was held at the Galatia Cemetery, Norfork, Arkanasas, at 2:00PM, Monday, Janurary 20, with Rev Mike Peter officiating.
Arrangements were by Mark Griffith Memourial Funeral Home, Tulsa and with local arrangements by Kirby-Boaz Funeral Home, Mt. Home.
