FORQUER, Joe - On Sunday morning about 6:30 o'clock the dead body of Joe Forquer was found by Art Armstrong in an outhouse near the cold storage. An inquest was held by Squire Trone on Sunday morning and the testimony developed that the deceased was in the act of taking a load of wood to his home on a wheelbarrow from the cold storage when death overtook him. The deceased had taken one load home and was in the act of taking another when overcome. His family thought that he was at work at the cold storage and did not know of his death until search for him was instituted. The autopsy which was held over the remains on Sunday revealed the fact that the death of the deceased was a hemorrhage at the base of the brain as a result of degenerative changes. He leaves a wife and four young children. The remains were interred in the city cemetery on Monday afternoon.
