COOPER, Billy - (from Oak Grove) Uncle Billy Cooper peacefully passed away September 8 after four months illness. His remains were laid to rest Friday in the Spring Creek cemetery. He was almost the last of the old land marks of Spring Creek. He came to this country away back in the fifties.
