ROGERS — Karon D. "Butch" Lipe, 62, of Rogers died March 30, 2005, at Rogers. He was born Jan. 23, 1943, in Seneca, Mo. He served as a Green Beret in the Army during the Vietnam War and was a truck driver for many years.
Survivors include his mother of Missouri and six chldren: his wife, Susie Stickle Lipe of the home, to whom he was married April 2, 2001; one daughter, Megan of the home.
A graveside service will be at 1 p.m. Monday at Frisco Springs Cemetery with Tony Patterson officiating.
Visitation will be from 9 to 11 a.m. Monday at Backstrom-Pyeatte Funeral Home in Springdale.
Memorials may be made to Susie Lipe Memorial Fund, c/o A.N.B. Financial of Rogers, Acct: 30063175 or at any A.N.B. location in Northwest Arkansas.
