Springdale — Jack W. Allen, 71, of Elkhart, Ind., formerly of Springdale, died Saturday at his home in Elkhart, Ind. Born Dec. 1, 1901 in Marshal, Mo., he was a Nazarene.
Survivors are the widow, Mrs. Ruth Salsbury Allen of the home; five sons, Willard and Rolf, both of Osceola, Ind., Floyd of Midway, Ga., Stephen of Niles, Mich, and Clare of Elkhart; four daughters, Mrs. Bryan Crafford of Elkhart, Mrs. David Hendry of Evansville, Ind. Mrs. Rolan Anderson of Springdale and Mrs. Cathy Mills of Mishawaka, Ind.; 23 grandchildren and two great-grandchildren.
Funeral service will be at 2 p.m. Wednesday at Sisco Funeral Chapel with burial in Hickory Creek Cemetery.
