PRUNER, Eva - On the morning of February 13 at 2 o'clock, Sister Eva Pruner, wife of Walter Pruner, departed this life at her home in Spring Valley, Ark. Sister Eva was a sweet spirited Christian, always ready to lend a helping hand in every good work. She was one who never failed to do her part in our society and how we will miss her. She has gone from us but her lovable disposition, her untiring energy has so deeply impressed us that her work will follow her. The home will be so lonely without her. Sister Eva leaves a loving husband to mourn her death and two orphan boys who will miss her motherly care, besides her brothers and sisters. She was sorely afflicted but never murmured or complained. The funeral services were conducted at the church by Bro. Brown, her pastor. The family have our sympathy. Signed, The Ladies Aid Society.

{from Spring Valley} Mrs. Walter Pruner died Tuesday morning at five o'clock. Pneumonia was the immediate cause of her death though she had been ill for several weeks. She submitted to an operation at the Mayo hospital in Minnesota last fall and apparently recovered from her trouble at that time but some weeks ago it appeared that her relief was only temporary, the disease reappearing.
