Fordyce - Sam Blann, 58, of Hampton died Sunday in a hospital in McGehee. Mr. Blann was an employe in a Hampton furniture store. Survivors include a daughter, Mrs. Paul Frachiseur of Smackover, two brothers, Julian Blann of Bearden, and Floyd Blann of Hampton, four sisters, Mrs. Edna Duncan, Mrs. Ether Hines, Mrs. Evelene Holmes, all of Hampton, and Mrs. Grace Lee Hanna of McGehee, and one grandchild. Funeral services will be held at 2 p.m. Tuesday at Campground Church in Hampton. Burial will be at Campground Cemetery under the direction of Benton Funeral Home of Fordyce.
