M.O. Crawley, 86, Prairie Grove, died June 25 in his home. Born June 10, 1892, in Strickler, he was the son of Bill and Alma Keck Crawley. He was a retired farmer and member of New Sulphur Baptist Church.
Survivors include his wife, Mrs. Alpha Meacham Crawley of the home; six sons, Cletis Crawley of Prairie Grove, Bill Crawley of Salem, Ore., Fred Crawley of Yakima, Wash., Ray Crawley of Springdale, Frank Crawley of Bethany, Okla., Leroy Crawley of Gilroy, Okla.; two daughters, Mrs. Gladys Frederick of Garden Grove, Calif., and Mrs. Kate DeWitt of San Diego, Calif.; two stepdaughters, Mrs. Reba Sapp of Rosemead, Calif., and Mrs. Irene Day of Prairie Grove; two stepsons, James Brooks of Salt Lake City, Utah, and Leroy Brooks of Kobe, Japan; three bothers, Loyd Crawley of Prairie Grove and Cecil and Jewel Crawley of Salem, Ore.; a sister, Mrs. Ivy Sargent of Strickler; 16 grandchildren, 24 great-grandchildren and 14 great-great-grandchildren.
Services will be at 10 a.m. Tuesday in New Sulphur Baptist Church with the Rev. George West and the Rev. Glen Jones officiating. Burial will be in Fall Creek Cemetery under direction of Luginbuel Funeral Home, Prairie Grove.
