Died July 25, 1905, Baxter County, Arkansas.
Son of Andrew and Sarah Emma Lane Riggs.
(Orvil shares a double gravestone with his brother Chester R. Riggs. Unlike the double gravestones of current days, this one is a four-sided stone with Orvil C. Riggs' name inscribed on the east face of the stone, and Chester R. Riggs' name on the west face.)

Orvill C. Riggs, the two-year-old son of Andrew Riggs and Sarah 'Emma' Lane Riggs, died at their home near Devero on Tuesday, July 25, 1905. He was born May 23, 1903.
In addition ot his parents, local survivors include his maternal grandparents, James Ambrose Lane and Nancy Mildred Lane, and great grandfather, James B. Lane.
Interment was in the Galatia Cemetery.
