Daughter of Raymond Bishop Foster and Viola Standefer Foster.
Married Loye Lynn Parnell on August 30, 1951, at Yellville, Marion County, Arkansas.

'Leda' Parnell passed away Thrusday, July 22, 2004, at the age of 68.
She was born June 16, 1936, in Old Joe, Arkansas, the daughter of Raymond and Viola (Stafford) Foster. On August 30, 1951, she was united in marriage to Loye Lynn Parnell, who preceded her in death. She was also preceded in death by her parents and a daughter, Shelly Higginbotham.
She is survived by one son, Larry Lynn Parnell and his wife, Kathy of Mt. Pleasant, Michigan; two daughers, Jo Ann Byrns and her husband Pat of Bailey, Colorado and Carolyn Anita Requa and her husband Jimm of Exeter, Missouri; two sisters, Glenda Melton and Jackie Best, both of Mt. Home, Arkansas; twelve grandchildren and several great grandchildren.
As a young lady, 'Leda' as most knew her, lived in Missouri and Mt. Home, Arkansas. After her husband passed away she moved back to Mt. Home from Kansas then moved to Wheaton, Missouri a year and a half ago.
Leda was a member of Galatia Assembly of God Church, Norfork, Arkansas.
