Daughter of Jeremiah Franklin "Jerry" and Emmer Rhoda Clark Cunningham.

Funeral services for Mrs. Katherine S. Parnell, 61, a native of Norfork who died Wednesday of last week at Independence, MO were held Fraday at the Galatia Church with the Rev. J.R. Newman officiating. Burial was in the Galatia Cemetery with Roller Funeral Home in charge of arrangements.
Mrs. Parnell was born March 18, 1895, at Norfork. She was married in 1923 to Edward Parnell. She was a member of the Christian Church.
Survivors include three childre, Dorthea, Lonnie Ray and Sally Jo; a brother Ed Cunningham of Kansas City, MO; four sisters, Mrs. Edna Brandstrap and Mrs. Hattie Barnes both of Kansas City, Mrs Faye Moon of Norfork and Mrs. Shirley Johnson of Wichita, KS.
