Killed In Action
Robert F. Lackey enlisted in the U.S. Army in 1942, and was killed on Cebu Island in the Phillipines on March 26, 1946. His body was returned to the United States for burial in August 1948, and funeral services were held September 3, 1948. Graveside military honors were performed by the American Legion and V.F.W. Posts of Mountain Home.

Died Cebu City, Philippines.
Son of James Thomas "Jim" and Betty Oral Langston Lackey.
