Daughter of Henry Gideon Wood and Ollie Josephine Davenport Wood.
Married Everett G. Dickerson on June 6, 1920.

Marie Mae Wood Dickerson, 24, died Tuesday, October 8, 1929, at Kansas City General Hospital in Kansas City, Missouri.
Mrs. Dickerson was born in Michigan on March 26, 1905. She was the daughter of Henry Gideon Wood and the late Ollie Josephine Devenport Wood. She married Everett G. Dickerson on June 6, 1920. He preceded her in death on November 17, 1924.
In addition to her father, survivors include one daughter, Earesteen Dickerson; one son, Seth Dickerson; one brother, Leslie Wood; two half brothers, Howard Wood and Noah Wood; four half sisters, Nettie Wood, Ruth Wood, Joyce Wood and Fannie Wood; one step brother, Frank Parnell; two step sisters, Nita Taylor and Marie Parnell; granfather Zachariah Taylor Davenport; and step mother, Gerturde Wood.
In addition to her husband and mother, Mrs. Dickerson was preceded in death by two infant siblings.
Funeral arragements in Kansas City were under the direction of Eylar Funeral Home. The remains were returned to Norfork, Arkansas for burial. A funeral was held at the Galatia Church on Wednesday, October 16, with interment in the Galatia Cemetery near Norfork.
