Son of Samuel P. and Melissa Lyles Cantwell.
Married Lonial Ann Torrance on February 17, 1918.

Jetsn Edward Cantwell, 70, of Norfork died last Saturday at his home. Funeral services were held Tuesday at 2PM at the Norfork Baptist Church with Rev. John Evans of Batesville and Alvin Wiles of Norfork officiating. Interment was in the Galatia Cemetery under the direction of the McClure Service.
A lifetime resident of Baxter County, Mr. Cantwell was born April 12, 1895, at Arkana, the son of Samuel P. Cantwell and Melissa Lyles Cantwell. He was a retired farmer and an Army veteran of World War I. He was a member of the Baptist Church.
Survivors include his wife, Mrs. Lona Cantwell of Norfork; a son, Rayburn Cantwell of Wichita, KS; two daughters, Mrs. J.W. Petre of Texas City, TX and Mrs. Russell Taylor of Kansas City, MO; a brother, Herbert Cantwell of Norfork; two sisters, Mrs Maude Wilson of Jonesboro and Mrs. Mae Betts of Mt. Home; seven grandchildren, one great grandchild, and several nieces and nephews.
Pallbearers were W.E. Owens, Quinby Swearingen, W.M. Arnold, E.E. Farrier, Ed Simpson and E.E. Harris.
