Cherry Valley~~Bettye Joe Flentje, 81, of Cherry Valley departed this life Monday, Jan 5, 2009. She was born May 31, 1927 at Cherry Valley, the daughter of Homer and Virgie McElroy Hogan.Survivors include her daughters, Ouida Cowan and Charlotte Flentje; sisters, Brenda Holt and Annette Newton; three grandchildren; and one great-grandchild. Funeral services will be today at 2 pm in Thompson-Wilson Wynne Funeral Hom. Interment will follow in Crosslawn Cemetery,
