Son of John and Agnes Steen Kilpatrick.

Military services were conducted by the North Central Arkansas Veterans Council with the honor guard from the American Legion Post #52. Graveside services were conducted by the Adams Masonic Lodge of Norfork.

John B. Kilpatrick, 77, of Jordan died March 24 at the Calico Rock Medical Center. Mr. Kilpatrick was a retired miner for the Peabody Coal Mining Company in IL.
Mr. Kilpatrck had resided at Jordan since 1966. formerly he lived at Braidwood, IL. He was the son of Agnes (Steen) and John Kilpatrick, born Feb 15, 1909 at Braidwood. He married Emma K. Conrad Nov 19, 1949 at Kankakee, IL. Mr. Kilpatrick served with the US Army during World War II.
He was a member of the Calico Rock Cumberland Presbyterian Church and was an elder in the Braidwood Presbyterian Church at Braidwood. He was past commander and adjutant of the Koca post of the American Legion, belonged to the American Legion Alley-White Post #52 of the American Legion in Mt. Home, and the Adams Masonic Lodge at Norfork.
Survivors are his wife of the home and a sister Isabelle Corbett of Jordan.
The funeral was March 26 at the Calico Rock Cumberland Presbyterian Church with the Rev. Charles Faith and the Rev. John Kron officiating. Burial was at Galatia Cemetery. Military services were conducted by the North Central Arkansas Veterans Council with the honor guard from the American Legion Post #52. Graveside services were conducted by the Adams Masonic Lodge of Norfork. Arrangements were by the Roller Funeral Home.
Memorials may be made to the Calico Rock Cumberland Presbyterian Church.
