HAVEN, Mary H. CASEY - Mary H. Casey was born in Searcy county, Arkansas June 12, 1867. She was married to Ballard Preston Haven and to this union was born one daughter, Mrs. D.F. Bealer of Pea Ridge, with whom she had been making her home since the death of her husband in November 1922. She departed this life December 4, 1926. Besides her daughter she leaves four nieces, Mrs. W.B. Ragsdale, Springfield, Mo.; Mrs. F.M. Brock of Bentonville; Mrs. F.H. Williamson, Tulsa; Mrs. T.P. Kilgo, War Eagle; and three nephews, R.F. Morris, Rogers; H.A. Morris, Kansas city and Dick Morris, Wichita. She had lived in Pea Ridge only a few years and her circle of friends was composed mostly of neighbors as her failing health kept her at home. She was loved by all who knew her and her untiring efforts rendered to the sick proved a life well spent in service. Her early life was spent in nursing and she never grew tired of caring for the suffering. Funeral services were conducted by Rev. Fortune of Bentonville at the Methodist Episcopal church at Pea Ridge. Interment was in Oakley Chapel Cemetery.
