Son of Clarence and Ruby Sykes Reeves.
Married Patsy Sue Whitfield on August 24, 1959, at Mountain Home, Baxter County, Arkansas.

Billy Joe Reeves, 60, of Norfork died Tuesday (Oct 4, 1994) at Calico Rock Medical Center.
Services will be 2PM Friday at Old Galatia Church with the Rev. Howard James officiating. Visitation is Thrusday from 9AM to 9PM at Roller Funeral Home with the family receiving friends from 6-8PM. Burial will be at Galatia Cemetery.
Mr. Reeves was born on July 7, 1944, at Mulberry. He was a self-employed appliance repairman, and a life long Norfork resident. He married Patsy Sue Whitield on Aug 24, 1959 at Mt. Home. Her served in the United States Army. He was a avid camper.
He was preceded in death by his wife, his father, Clarence and a son, Mark Edward Reeves.
Survivors include his mother, Ruby Sykes Reeves of Mulberry; a son and daughter-in-law, Doug and Cathy Reeves of Mt. Home; a daughter and son-in-law, Joyce and Tony Rand of Norfork; a brother, Jim Reeves of Fort Smith; a sister, Sue Sanders of Mulberry, his fiance, Elsie Reeves of Calico Rock; his mother-in-law, Hattie Whitfield of Old Joe; and five grandchildren, Kayla, Kendra, and Kevin Rand of Norfork and Stephanie and Cameron Reeves of Inola, OK.
