Nita J. Parnell Hause of Mt. Home died Sunday (Jan 29, 1995) at Baxter County Regional Hospital. She as 85.
Mrs. Hause was born Dec 25, 1909, at Norfork to Edward and Gertrude Payne Parnell. She married John R. Hause Jan 12, 1950, at Richmond, IN. She was a retired cashier with U-Pump Service Station in New Mexico.
Mrs. Hause was a member of the United Methodist Church of Norfork.
She was preceded in death by her husband, both parents, four brothers, Lesslie and Noah Wood, Frank and Lonnie Parnell; two sisters, Marie Burleson and Nettie Taylor, and several nieces and Nephews.
Mrs. Hause is survived by a daughter and son-in-law, Patricia A. and Roland Sweet of Mt. Home; a brother, Howard Wood of Salesville; five sisters, Fannie Mathis of Springfield, MO, Dorothy Pendergist and Sally Cowan both of Independence, MO, Joyce Bedlington of Spokane, WA and Ruth Bowers of Yakima, WA; and two grandchildren, Pamela and Johathan Sweet of Mt. Home.
Services will be at 2PM today at Roller Funeral Home Chapel with the Rev. Dr. David Johnson officiating. Burial will be in Galatia Cemetery with Henry Wood, Gene Adams, Kenneth Wood, Dean Rouse, Roger Sweet and Francis Whorrall serving as pallbearers. Honorary pallbearers are Lloyd Sweet, Seth Dickerson, Denver Baumgardner and Russell Taylor, Jr.
Arrangements are by Roller Funeral Home.
