Alberta Mathew Hartsfield was the daughter of Thomas Jefferson and Celia Honeycutt Hartsfield. She was born in DeAnn, Hempstead, Arkansas on September 20, 1894. She married John Lemuel O'Steen on December 10, 1910. Alberta died July 2, 1988 and is buried at Memory Gardens Cemetery in Hope, Hemsptead, Arkansas.
